A modular dual-polarized Vivaldi antenna array design for 18–30 GHz frequency is presented. The module consists of the and RF modules. comprises $4\times 4$ elements with element spacing notation="LaTeX">$\lambda $ /2 at 30 GHz. contains amplifiers phase shifters that control all using commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) flip-chip components. footprint same as allowing assembly arrays almost any size shape. Additionally, interface between modules connectorless, decreasing number components required in overall cost system. An 8$ constructed from two to prove seamless operation design. prototype uses Anokiwave chips a range 26.5 29.5 measured amplitude electric field front aperture uniform so equally feed elements. demonstrated beam steering up ±60° plane larger dimension matches well simulations, proving feasibility
